My Story

Growing up with ADHD, I felt like my mind was wired differently, always pushing against the grain of what society expected.

In school, in jobs—no matter where I was—it seemed like everyone wanted me to fit into boxes that just didn’t suit me.

I was labeled “difficult” or “disruptive” more times than I can count, but I knew there was more to my story than just struggling to conform. I came to realise that ADHD wasn’t a limitation; it was actually a superpower that I just needed to learn how to use.

Instead of trying to suppress the parts of me that didn’t fit, I embraced them.

My high energy, my creative ideas, my knack for thinking outside the box—they became the driving force behind my life and my work.

I discovered that when I channeled this energy into the things I was passionate about, I could achieve more than I ever thought possible.

It wasn’t easy, and it took a lot of trial and error, but every setback was a lesson, and each challenge made me stronger.

With “Smash Life,” I wanted to take everything I’d learned from my journey and share it with others.

I know what it feels like to feel out of place, to feel like you’re fighting against yourself. And I know how powerful it is when you finally realise that your uniqueness is your strength.

Now, my mission is to help others see that they, too, can turn their obstacles into fuel for a life they love.

This isn’t just about overcoming ADHD—it’s about living fully, embracing who you are, and smashing through whatever life throws at you. If I can do it, anyone can.

That’s why I’m here: to inspire, to guide, and to show that sometimes, the very things that set us apart are the things that help us soar.
